About This Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Market Researcher to join our team in the dynamic field of Forex trading . The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth market analysis, interpreting data, and delivering actionable insights to support trading strategies and business decisions.

Job Description

• Lead and manage market research initiatives, including primary and secondary research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights.
• Design research methodologies, survey frameworks, and data collection tools; oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
• Conduct advanced data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in market data, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
• Translate complex data into clear reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Provide strategic insights to support business planning, marketing strategies, and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, assess risks, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and regulatory developments to evaluate market positioning.
• Develop competitive intelligence reports, SWOT analyses, and market share insights.
• Build and maintain forecasting models and predictive analytics to anticipate market trends and demand patterns.
• Continuously evaluate and improve forecasting accuracy and model performance.

Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker is required; fluency in English is also essential.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in market research within the Forex or financial services industry .
• Strong understanding of Forex market dynamics, trading strategies, and risk management principles..
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Proven experience in market research, data analysis, or strategic planning roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Professional certifications (e.g., SCA or relevant financial certifications) are a plus.
