Opportunity
Senior Manager on RBC's Treasury Solutions Corporate Coverage team, responsible for advising corporate clients on cash-management solutions.
Manages and grows revenue from a portfolio of complex corporate clients by offering cash-management solutions aligned with their business and financial goals.
The role requires travel across the Ontario North and East region, including Ottawa, Kingston, Durham, and North Bay.
What you will do
- Grow client relationships and portfolio revenue by recognizing needs, supporting loyalty, and identifying opportunities for additional RBC products.
- Coordinate end-to-end cash-management onboarding and activation as the client point of contact, partnering with relationship teams and following up with clients.
- Work with Relationship Managers on coordinated client-contact strategies and annual relationship reviews.
- Provide tailored advice and insights on issues affecting clients' businesses.
- Drive client acquisition, growth, and an exceptional client experience.
- Present cash-management solutions, explain benefits and alternatives, support implementation, and refer clients to RBC partners for broader needs.
What you need to succeed
- At least 5 years of related commercial or corporate banking sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of cash-management products and emerging industry trends.
- Proven client advice or service, sales, and relationship-management experience, including matching client needs to products and structuring solutions.
- Project-management, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with software applications, including MS Office.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the Ontario North and East region.
Nice to have
- Certified Treasury Professional designation or similar qualification.
- Bilingual English/French communication skills.
Work details
- Full-time, regular position with 37.5 work hours per week.
