Responsibilities
- Manage offshore deliverables and stakeholder communications; collaborate with developers, product managers, business partners, executives, and vendors.
- Analyze results, identify defects, coordinate resolution, and ensure quality standards, best practices, and industry regulations are followed.
- Improve QA processes, tools, and techniques, including AI-powered solutions; assess business needs and select appropriate testing methodologies.
Expertise and capabilities
- Develop automation frameworks for mobile, desktop, mainframe-based, and AI-powered applications.
- Use AI-driven testing tools, frameworks, analytics, machine learning, and data science techniques to improve testing and defect prediction.
- Bring technical expertise in SQL, mainframe, web applications, and AI technologies.
- Provide strategic recommendations, collaborate across teams, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Candidate requirements
- Minimum 15 years of relevant Quality Engineering experience in Banking, Financial Services, and Capital Markets.
- Experience as a Test Manager or in a similar software testing leadership role.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall products, test strategy, estimation, planning, requirements validation, test plans, test cases, automation, and QA process execution through final acceptance.
- Proficiency in SQL, mainframe, web applications, and AI technologies; the source description ends mid-sentence after mentioning automation testing tools and programming.
