Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment efforts across the Middle East region, based in Dubai.
This role is responsible for designing and executing talent acquisition strategies that attract high-caliber candidates, support business growth, and strengthen the employer brand.
The ideal candidate has strong regional market knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a data-driven approach to hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across the region
- Partner with business leaders on hiring plans
- Lead and develop the recruitment team
- Optimize sourcing channels and hiring processes
- Track recruitment metrics
Requirements
- 10+ years in talent acquisition, including leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of Middle East hiring markets
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ATS and data-driven hiring
