Role: Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing & Partnerships
š Abu Dhabi | š° AED 22,000 ā 25,000/month | š 1-Year Contract (followed by auto-renewal or permanency)
What You'Ll Do
- Be a core part of building an AI-native strategic sourcing function from the ground up ā processes, operations, tech stack, and supplier ecosystem
- Manage high-value contracts across all project mandates spanning the domains mentioned above
- Forge and grow a partner ecosystem supporting Abu Dhabi government-facing projects
- Own procure-to-pay operations and end-to-end contract lifecycle management
What You'Ll Bring
- Degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution (of the respective country); an MBA is a strong plus
- 3+ years in consulting, a reputable startup, or a high-performance procurement environment; 1+ year of UAE experience is mandatory
- Public sector exposure or procurement strategy/operations experience is a strong plus
- First-principles thinking with sharp negotiation and communication skills
- Fluency in AI tools applied to procurement ā workflow automation, spend analytics, or supplier intelligence (well beyond conversational AI)
