About the Company:
A confidential startup entity within the Abu Dhabi government ecosystem, handling multiple government mandates across Strategy Consulting, AI/Digital, Fashion, Construction, Education, and more.
What You'Ll Do
- Run daily procurement operations — RFIs, vendor registration, purchase requests, and purchase orders
- Manage and maintain procurement workflows on ERP/CRM platforms such as Odoo
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all transactional procurement activity
What You'Ll Bring
- Prior experience in a similar procurement or operations role
- Hands-on exposure to ERP or CRM tools (Odoo or equivalent)
- Currently based in the UAE — mandatory
- Working proficiency in Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management
- Familiarity with AI tools in an operational context is a plus
