Senior Manager - Security Operations

Role overview

Fixed-site security delivery

• Direct static guarding, security-post coverage, access control, screening, asset protection, and public-facing security services.
• Translate approved requirements and risk assessments into site procedures, deployment plans, staffing, supervision, and auditable records.
• Lead employees and contractors, and hold service providers accountable for staffing, licensing, competence, conduct, welfare, attendance, and service quality.
• Develop procedures for access points, visitor and contractor processing, credential verification, screening, searches, prohibited items, and restricted areas.
• Review post orders, access procedures, emergency actions, incident logs, and handover records to keep documentation current and audit ready.

Assurance and readiness

• Monitor contracted guarding against staffing, licenses, rosters, shift patterns, supervision, uniform, equipment, welfare, and agreed KPIs; assign corrective actions and escalate repeated non-compliance.
• Assess and authorize proposed changes to posts, shifts, staffing levels, operating hours, and contracted scope before implementation.
• Inspect posts, access-control points, screening operations, and critical-infrastructure protections; record findings and verify corrective-action closure.
• Prepare new asset openings and transitions by confirming staffing, supervision, access and screening, welfare facilities, communications, equipment, procedures, emergency plans, training, and rehearsals.
• Coordinate incident response and handovers with Mobile Security & Patrols while retaining General Security accountability for fixed-site command and continuity.
• Provide security input to stage-gate briefings and asset handovers.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent recognized qualification in security, risk, operations, business, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years in security operations, including substantial management responsibility.
• Proven leadership of static guarding, access control, fixed-post operations, and asset protection across multiple locations.
• Experience managing contracted guard forces, staffing compliance, KPIs, non-conformance, and service recovery.
• Experience supporting asset openings, public-facing operations, and elevated security requirements in a complex environment.

Preferred qualifications

• CPP, CSMP, PSP, or equivalent professional certification is desirable.
• Incident command, contract management, or health and safety qualifications are desirable.
• Saudi Arabia, GCC, major destination, critical infrastructure, or giga-project experience is advantageous.
