Role overview

Delivery leadership and stakeholder management

• Lead initiatives from initiation through implementation, aligning business objectives, requirements, solution design, plans, and outcomes.
• Run initiation and alignment sessions to establish objectives, success criteria, solution approach, and delivery context.
• Coordinate cross-functional decisions and issue resolution across stakeholders.
• Communicate progress, budget, resourcing, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions to senior stakeholders.

Requirements and solution planning

• Gather and consolidate requirements; assess feasibility and resource capacity with Technology.
• Identify dependencies across programs, initiatives, environments, and stakeholders.
• Assess solutions against requirements and success criteria, documenting assumptions, limitations, challenges, and implementation impacts.
• Recommend delivery approaches based on effort, resources, dependencies, priorities, and constraints.

Planning and execution

• Define and manage implementation roadmaps, including phased delivery where appropriate.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and proactively manage dependencies and delivery risks.
• Support prioritization decisions and clarify trade-offs as business priorities evolve.
• Lead project governance, business case development, financial management, and required project artifacts under change governance standards.

Testing and operational readiness

• Coordinate end-to-end testing strategy, including test phases, coverage, ownership, environments, timelines, and parallel runs.
• Establish plans to validate data transformation and flow and the accuracy of Market Risk metric outputs.
• Monitor and escalate risks involving environment readiness, data synchronization, defects, and cross-team coordination.

Requirements

• Lead complex strategic, regulatory, and business-driven initiatives for Market Risk.
• Provide end-to-end delivery leadership from requirements and solution planning through testing, implementation, go-live, and transition to business-as-usual operations.
• Coordinate business sponsors, stakeholders, Technology, model teams, and other partners to drive alignment and delivery decisions.
• Communicate progress, budget, resourcing, risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Lead requirements gathering and assess proposed solutions against business needs, feasibility, resource capacity, and success criteria.
• Manage implementation roadmaps, cross-functional execution, delivery risks, and changing priorities.
• Lead project governance, business case development, financial management, and required project artifacts under applicable change governance standards.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing strategy and validate data flows and Market Risk metric outputs.
