Senior operations role within EA's Infrastructure & Platform Services organization, which builds and runs infrastructure and live services for EA games.
Partners with engineering leads, product managers, and executive leadership across distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve operating rhythms aligned with leadership priorities, decisions, accountability, and follow-through.
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and translate business priorities into plans and execution milestones.
- Govern leadership reporting and synthesize qualitative and quantitative information into insights and recommendations.
- Run communications that improve employee understanding, leadership visibility, and alignment.
- Improve operational metrics and frameworks across distributed teams.
- Advise program, product, and engineering stakeholders as they align, resolve ambiguity, and adapt to changing requirements.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in business operations, operational strategy, or program management within technology or entertainment.
- Exceptional cross-functional stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct line-management authority.
- Experience independently leading operating rhythms, strategic planning cadences, and process improvement across distributed teams.
- Excellent executive communication and ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.
- Data fluency and success using BI reporting systems and operational metrics.
- Experience leading organizational change and adoption of tools, processes, and standardized practices.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in a listed business, finance, economics, engineering, or information-systems discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
