Role overview
Lead product strategy and live services for Pogo, an online casual games destination with more than 60 titles.
Partner with Art, Design, Engineering, Production, Analytics, and Community to build a high-retention roadmap and meet business goals.
The role reports to the Studio General Manager and serves as the studio’s strategic product anchor.
Product, financial, and team leadership
- Own the portfolio vision and roadmap for live operations, catalog health, platform improvements, and game updates.
- Use player, competitive, market, behavioral, telemetry, and transactional insights to prioritize opportunities and define measurable KPIs.
- Forecast and deliver quarterly and annual revenue, retention, and engagement goals with studio leaders and Finance.
- Grow subscription, advertising, and live-event monetization while maintaining player trust.
- Mentor the Product Management team, align cross-functional studio leaders, and foster accountability and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience in digital games or web/mobile consumer platforms.
- Proven success scaling and improving an established live consumer business with an engaged audience.
- Understanding of casual-game players, market trends, and business drivers; ability to drive change collaboratively.
- Passion for compelling player experiences, continuous learning, adaptation, and iterative growth.
- Able to work fully remotely across multiple time zones.
Pay and benefits
- British Columbia base salary range: CAD 133,500–186,400, depending on location and other relevant factors.
- Canadian benefits include vacation, sick time, family-leave top-up, health and dental coverage, insurance, and retirement plan for eligible full-time employees.
- Some roles may qualify for bonuses or other incentive programs.
