Senior Manager – FP&A (Arabic Speaking)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting effort, and long term financial planning
• Prepare frequent management reports, develop dashboards reflecting financial position, KPI tracking and performance analysis for senior leadership.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial and operational performance.
• Report on project feasibility, manage financial modelling effort enterprise-wide, and business case development for new and existing developments.
• Liaise with engineering, commercial, procurement, and finance teams to support decision making reporting to top management.
• Support cash flow planning as well as cost reduction initiatives.
• Assist in preparing executive presentations, Board materials, and strategic reporting.
• Play a support / lead role in M&A opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, financial planning, or business finance.
• Experience within real estate, development, construction, infrastructure, or project-based industries is preferred.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in financial modelling and investment analysis.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and preparing management-level reporting.
• Saudi Arabia or GCC experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Exposure to Power BI or reporting tools is preferred.
• Good understanding of IFRS and financial reporting principles.
• Professional certifications such as CMA, CFA, CPA, ACCA, or SOCPA are preferred.
• Fluent Arabic is mandatory
