Overview
A leading Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer is seeking a Senior Manager – Digital Twin to lead the strategy, development, and implementation of an enterprise-level Digital Twin ecosystem across large-scale masterplans and smart city developments.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on integrating BIM, GIS, smart city systems, enterprise data platforms, and immersive digital environments to support future-ready urban development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Digital Twin strategy across major masterplan developments
- Develop scalable frameworks integrating BIM, GIS, and smart city technologies
- Drive digital innovation, simulation, automation, and AI-led optimisation
- Oversee enterprise-level digital platforms, governance, and data integration
- Collaborate with Development, Design, BIM, GIS, IT, and external technology partners
- Support advanced urban visualisation and immersive digital environments
- Manage vendor ecosystems and digital transformation programmes
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience within Digital Twin, Smart Cities, BIM, GIS, or Digital Transformation environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise digital platforms and urban development workflows
- Experience with BIM and GIS integration
- Exposure to platforms such as ArcGIS, Unreal Engine, or CityEngine is highly desirable
- Experience delivering complex multi-stakeholder digital programmes
- Strong commercial, governance, and stakeholder management capability
