Role overview

Manages day-to-day client relationships and agency-client communications.

Supports the Associate Business Director or Business Director in developing effective client communication strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop communication strategies aligned with client business objectives and marketing requirements.
Collaborate with agency and group cross-functional teams across multiple clients and projects to support cohesive, efficient campaigns.
Monitor communication trends and conduct competitive audits and reports.
Identify new business opportunities with current clients while managing allocated resource teams.
Supervise, inspire, and guide executive team members.
Maintain a strong understanding of client businesses, products, and competitors and translate learnings into strategic inputs.
Develop daily client relationships and identify consulting opportunities.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of advertising, media, and healthcare industries and communication strategy within them.
In-depth knowledge of agency capabilities, processes, and tools.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
At least four years of experience; communications, digital, or media agency experience is preferred, and marketing-side or client-side experience may also be relevant.
Healthcare industry experience is required.
Arabic speakers are required.
