Seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead and grow broker relationships.
The role focuses on driving new business, strengthening partnerships, and positioning the company as a preferred partner for brokers across the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with health insurance brokers across the UAE.
- Drive new business opportunities through proactive broker engagement and market outreach.
- Promote services, capabilities, and value propositions to broker partners.
- Conduct regular broker meetings, reviews, and engagement activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support proposals, onboarding, and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory updates.
- Track broker performance and prepare periodic business reports.
- Ensure compliance with UAE health insurance regulations (DHA, DOH, MOHAP, CBUAE).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10–15 years of experience in health insurance/TPA, with strong broker relations exposure.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Solid understanding of UAE health insurance market and regulations.
- Proven ability to drive business growth through broker channels.
- Driving license & own car
