Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related field.
  • APICS/ASCM Certification in Supply Chain Management or a related professional designation is highly desirable.
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical logistics, distribution, trade operations, supply chain, or 3PL account management.
  • Experience supporting or managing 3PL operations in a specialty or limited distribution product environment.
  • Preferred familiarity with cold‐chain logistics, specialty networks, or high‐touch distribution models.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical distribution, specialty pharmacy operations, and regulatory requirements (e.g., DSCSA, GDP).
  • Demonstrated success managing vendor performance or serving as primary operational liaison with external partners.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem‐solving skills; ability to work cross‐functionally and influence without authority.

  • This role requires the ability to perform standard office activities, including extended periods of computer use, participation in virtual and in-person meetings, and collaboration across teams.   • Compensation
  • The target base salary range for this role is $125,000-$165,000 per year. This range reflects the anticipated compensation for the role. Where pay falls withing the range may vary based on many factors, including, but not limited to, job responsibilities, skills, experience, education, certifications, location and applicable geographic pay zones, market conditions, internal equity and business considerations. Compensation decisions are made based on an assessment of the candidate’s qualifications and the totality of relevant factors.
  • In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an annual short-term incentive program, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.
