Role overview
The Analyst, Patient Support Programs supports operational excellence, performance management and continuous improvement for Galderma’s Canadian PSP.
The role analyzes PSP data to inform program operations and works with the PSP vendor and internal stakeholders.
Analytics and reporting
- Analyze program data, trends, risks, service gaps and opportunities across relevant program variables.
- Conduct root-cause analysis, scenario modelling, forecasting and capacity planning.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports and presentations; automate recurring reporting where possible.
- Maintain consistent KPI definitions, reporting rules and calculation methodologies.
Vendor and financial analytics
- Monitor vendor performance against contractual service levels, KPIs, quality standards and improvement commitments.
- Prepare vendor scorecards and governance materials, track actions and monitor corrective-action effectiveness.
- Validate vendor invoices against contractual terms, rates, service volumes and program activity; analyze invoice trends and discrepancies.

- Work collaboratively with the PSP vendor and internal cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support compliant, data-driven program operations.
