Senior machinist specializing in precision machining, refurbishing, and manufacturing internal and external components for industrial valves.
Precision machining and reconditioning
- Operate manual and CNC machines, including lathes, mills, surface grinders, boring bars, and hones.
- Turn, face, thread, and bore valve bodies, bonnets, stems, and discs.
Seat and seal repair
- Perform metal-to-metal and soft-seat reconditioning, including seat ring removal and installation, lapping, hard-facing, and line boring.
- Restore tight tolerances on valve seats and seals.
Inspection and metrology
- Use micrometers, depth gauges, dial indicators, and bore gauges to check wear, ovality, and finish against OEM drawings and specifications.
Pay
- AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person.
Requirements
- Specialization in precision machining, refurbishing, and manufacturing industrial valve components.
- Ability to operate manual and CNC machines, including lathes, mills, surface grinders, boring bars, and hones.
- Ability to perform valve seat and seal reconditioning, including seat ring removal and installation, lapping, hard-facing, and line boring.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments and check parts against OEM drawings and specifications.
