The employer seeks a dependable, safety-conscious Company Driver to transport staff, clients, or deliveries.
The role requires a clean driving record, local road knowledge, punctuality, and professional conduct.
Responsibilities
- Transport passengers, documents, or company cargo safely and efficiently.
- Plan routes with GPS apps and monitor traffic or weather delays.
- Inspect the vehicle before and after trips and coordinate service or repairs.
- Record mileage, fuel consumption, deliveries, parking, and tolls.
- Keep the company vehicle clean inside and out.
- Follow traffic laws and company safety policies and represent the organization courteously.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods or handling luggage and materials.
Required qualifications and skills
- Valid license appropriate for the vehicle class, with a clean driving record and no major violations.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of professional driving or logistics experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong familiarity with regional or city roads, shortcuts, and navigation tools.
- Punctuality, communication, discretion or confidentiality, and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, overtime, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.
