Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI systems, agent frameworks, tool calling, multi-agent workflows, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Develop AI/ML solutions using large-scale structured and unstructured enterprise data.
• Create evaluation frameworks to continuously improve accuracy and user experience.
• Own AI solutions from architecture and experimentation through deployment, monitoring, and improvement.
• Partner with product and business teams to solve sales and marketing workflow problems.
• Prototype emerging AI opportunities and turn them into reliable production capabilities.

What You Need to Succeed

• MS or PhD in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years building and deploying ML, GenAI, NLP, retrieval, or related AI systems.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, tool calling, reasoning, evaluation, and context management.
• Strong Python and software engineering skills, including testing, system design, and production debugging.
• Experience with production AI/ML services, PyTorch, REST APIs, Docker, orchestration pipelines, and Azure or AWS.
• Experience evaluating scalable AI systems for quality, latency, cost, and operational performance.

Compensation

• U.S. annual pay range is $142,700 to $270,950, varying by geographic market, location, skills, knowledge, and experience.
• California pay range is $187,100 to $270,950.
• The role may be eligible for annual incentives and long-term equity awards.
