Role overview

Responsibilities

• Build executive confidence, govern design decisions, lead architecture build, and align technology choices with long-term value.
• Design target architectures, transition plans, and decommissioning strategies; use change frameworks such as ADKAR to support adoption.
• Advance pre-sales architectural intent and turn roadmaps into sequenced, managed transition plans with decision points and risk controls.
• Create industry-specific architectural perspectives, target-state architectures, reference models, and phased implementation plans.
• Advise senior stakeholders and collaborate with licensing and services sales teams on major sales initiatives.
• Coordinate delivery teams, subject matter experts, and partners to maintain build integrity and execution alignment.
• Establish and lead architecture governance and assurance forums.
• Partner with pre-sales teams to improve future pursuits and delivery using lessons learned, build patterns, and reference architectures.

Requirements

• Proven enterprise architecture leadership across large-scale transformation programmes from visioning and pre-sales through delivery, adoption, and platform evolution.
• Strong grounding in TOGAF principles and lifecycle-based architecture governance in complex enterprise environments.
• Broad understanding of digital marketing, data, and activation ecosystems.
• Ability to translate architectural choices into business-relevant narratives for executives.
• Experience serving as a trusted architectural advisor to senior executives.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, and emerging agentic models and their implications for enterprise platforms.
• Experience working with delivery teams, partners, and vendors to maintain build integrity.
• Ability to apply structured change and adoption approaches, including ADKAR.
• Fluency in English; collaborative, outcome-focused leadership with a focus on value and adoption.
