Senior Logistics Executive

Role**

Responsibilities

• Liaise with freight forwarders and 3PLs to confirm shipment details, pickup schedules, and required documentation
• Track shipments end-to-end from pickup to final delivery, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines
• Verify all shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin) in line with Incoterms and regulatory requirements
• Ensure shipping arrangements comply with customs regulations and destination country import/export rules
• Coordinate timely customs clearance and proactively resolve transit delays, demurrage, detention, and damage claims
• Ensure final delivery as per Incoterms and obtain Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Keep Sales, Procurement, and relevant stakeholders updated on real-time shipment status and potential disruptions.

Education, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline
• Minimum **4–5 years of UAE experience in a logistics, freight, or supply chain** coordination role **within the Freight forwarding/ Oil & Gas Trading industry.**
• **ERP** experience is mandatory
• Advanced Excel and logistics system proficiency
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy across all documentation and processes
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making ability to address operational challenges swiftly
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment
• Strategic thinking with the ability to plan and execute freight strategies aligned to business goals
• Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
