About This Role
Overview
Gerab System Solutions is looking for a **highly experienced Microsoft Licensing Sales Specialist** with a strong background in the **CSP ecosystem within the UAE**.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving **Microsoft license sales** across key solution areas including **Modern Work, Business Applications, Azure, Infrastructure, and Data & AI**.
The candidate must have prior experience working with a **Microsoft CSP partner in the UAE**, with a deep understanding of **licensing models, distributor engagement, pricing structures, and incentive programs**.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Drive **end-to-end sales of Microsoft licenses** across:
• Dynamics 365 (Business Applications)
- Infrastructure, Azure
- Data & AI solutions
- 2.
- Manage the **complete sales cycle**:
- Lead generation
- Customer engagement
- Proposal & pricing
- Negotiation & closure
- 3.
- Work closely with Microsoft distributors in the UAE
- Pricing
- Deal registrations
- Order processing
- Renewals and co-terming
- 4.
- Identify and convert **new business opportunities** while managing **existing customer renewals**
- 5.
- Ensure **timely renewals** of subscriptions to avoid service disruptions
- 6.
- Leverage Microsoft programs including:
- CSP pricing structures
- Rebates and incentives
- Promotions and bundles
- 7.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, pre-sales, procurement) to ensure smooth deal execution
- 8.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM
Key Requirements
- **5+ years of experience** in Microsoft licensing sales within the UAE
- Prior experience with a **Microsoft CSP partner (mandatory)**
- Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft 365 licensing
- Dynamics 365 licensing
- Azure consumption models and Infrastructure licensing
- Data & AI offerings
- Strong relationships with **UAE distributors**
- Good understanding of:
- Pricing models
- Upfront margins
- Rebates and incentive programs
- Proven track record in **closing licensing deals and achieving targets**
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
