Senior Executive – Legal supporting legal, privacy, and compliance functions across the Middle East and Africa region.

Legal and contract management
- Draft, review, and coordinate NDAs, vendor agreements, service contracts, marketing agreements, and distributor arrangements.
- Provide day-to-day legal support on routine contractual and operational matters; identify legal and contractual risks requiring attention.
- Coordinate with external counsel on litigation, disputes, and specialized legal matters as required.
Privacy and data protection
- Support regional implementation of data protection and privacy requirements, including PDPL and other applicable regulations.
- Support privacy impact assessments, personal data inventories, records of processing activities, and incident response processes.
- Maintain privacy notices, data processing agreements, and internal guidelines; work with stakeholders on privacy compliance initiatives.
Compliance and regulatory
- Support implementation and monitoring of compliance programs, internal policies, and controls.
- Assist with anti-bribery and anti-corruption, code of conduct, competition law, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Monitor and summarize regulatory developments across the Middle East and Africa.
- Support compliance training, internal audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory interactions as required.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) or equivalent.
- 8–10 years of relevant legal experience, primarily in commercial and corporate legal matters.
- Exposure to privacy and/or compliance matters is preferred.
- Experience supporting multi-country or regional operations in the Middle East and Africa is an advantage.
