Senior Executive – Legal role based in Dubai, supporting legal, data privacy, and compliance functions across the Middle East and Africa.
Legal and contract management
- Draft, review, and coordinate commercial contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, service contracts, marketing agreements, and distributor arrangements.
Data privacy and protection
- Support compliance with UAE PDPL and other applicable regulations, privacy impact assessments, personal data inventories, and records of processing activities.
- Maintain privacy notices, data processing agreements, internal guidelines, and incident response procedures.
Compliance and regional legal support
- Support anti-bribery and anti-corruption, competition law, internal policy, regulatory, and compliance training programs.
- Monitor MEA regulatory developments, identify contractual risks, coordinate with external counsel, and assist with internal audits and compliance reviews.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- 7–8 years of relevant legal experience; commercial and corporate legal experience is preferred.
- Exposure to data protection, privacy compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Regional or multi-country Middle East and Africa experience is advantageous.
