Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape design projects from concept stage through detailed design and construction.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design excellence and project delivery.
• Produce high-quality conceptual designs using hand-sketching and digital tools.
• Prepare design drawings, technical documentation, and specifications.
• Support proposals, bids, and client presentations.
• Review and coordinate third-party and peer design submissions.
• Apply sustainable design principles and environmental considerations.
• Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Manage client relationships and present design concepts effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture.
• 10–15 years of professional experience in landscape design or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale landscape projects from concept to completion.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of plant species, ecology, and sustainable design principles.
• Strong understanding of construction materials and site processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working on projects within the UAE or GCC region.
• Experience in multidisciplinary design consultancy environments.
• Strong design leadership and creative capability.
• High attention to detail and commitment to design excellence.
