Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect with 5–7 years of experience to join our growing Dubai team.

The role focuses on supporting architectural design and delivery across all project stages, from schematic design through to IFC, ensuring high-quality, coordinated, and compliant design outputs within a Lead Design Consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in architectural design and delivery across all project stages (SD to IFT/IFC).
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, sub-consultants, and stakeholders to ensure integrated design delivery.
  • Prepare technical reports, compliance logs, and progress updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and authority submission requirements.
  • Oversee project documentation, technical detailing, and execution standards.
  • Contribute to design development while maintaining project timelines and quality.
  • Support BIM workflows to ensure efficiency and coordination across disciplines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
  • 5–7 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale projects within a Lead Design Consultancy environment.
  • Strong knowledge of authority approvals, codes, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in BIM workflows and tools (Revit preferred).
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience working on projects within the UAE or GCC region.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality design delivery.
