Century Gold is hiring a Senior Jewelry Sales Executive to join our retail showroom team.
We are seeking a highly experienced, target-driven, and customer-focused professional with a strong background in gold and jewelry retail sales.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience in handling high-value customers, achieving sales targets, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to overall showroom performance.
Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 + Incentives
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers professionally and close sales confidently
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
Provide detailed product knowledge about gold jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, and custom pieces
Maintain showroom display standards, cleanliness, and luxury presentation
Support inventory handling, stock counts, and showroom operations
Guide and support junior sales staff when required
Follow company policies, security procedures, and operational standards
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in gold and jewelry retail sales
Previous senior showroom sales experience is highly preferred
Strong sales closing and customer relationship management skills
Excellent knowledge of gold jewelry, diamonds, and luxury retail practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment
Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility
Fluency in Arabic & English is required; additional languages are an advantage
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
