The ideal candidate must have minimum 3 years of direct experience in gold and jewelry retail sales.
We are looking for someone who can confidently assist customers, understand their needs, close sales, build long-term customer relationships, and contribute to showroom sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gold and jewelry products
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Provide accurate product information about gold jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, and product features
- Assist customers with sizing, customization requests, and product selection
- Handle sales transactions accurately and professionally
- Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and product presentation standards
- Support stock handling, inventory counts, and daily showroom operations
- Follow company policies, security procedures, and operational standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in gold and jewelry retail sales
- Direct showroom sales experience is required
- Strong customer service and sales closing skills
- Good knowledge of gold jewelry and retail sales practices
- Good communication skills
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and honest personality
- Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment
- Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
Work Location: In person
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
