The role focuses on IT systems, networks, cybersecurity, troubleshooting, and delivering high-quality service to clients.
Technical work
- Prepare technical presentations and present them to customers.
- Independently configure firewall solutions.
- Work with virtualization, Microsoft 365, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Perform server migrations to Azure.
- Implement EDR/XDR, DLP, IAM/PAM/IGA, MDM/MTD, document management, and email security solutions.
Experience and application topics
