Location and work arrangement
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE, and work is in person.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment from job posting and candidate screening through interview coordination and offer preparation.
- Assist employees and managers with daily HR operations and maintain employee records, files, and documentation.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding; monitor attendance, leave, and related records.
- Support payroll preparation and coordinate benefits, insurance, and HR administration.
- Respond to employee HR queries and support compliance with MOHRE requirements and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of generalist HR experience; UAE experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of UAE labour laws and HR practices; experience with HR systems and employee databases.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organisation, time management, communication, discretion, accuracy, and ability to manage priorities.
- IT recruitment experience is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–5,000 per month.
