📍 Saudi Arabia (KSA) \| Contract Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced
ITSM / ITIL Expert
to define and implement a target
IT operating model and organizational structure
for a leading payments and financial services transformation programme in Saudi Arabia.
This role is ideal for a senior consultant or architect with deep expertise in
IT Service Management (ITSM)
,
ITIL
,
Agile operating models
, and the banking and payments industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the target
- IT operating model
- aligned with payments industry best practices
- Design the supporting
- IT organizational structure
- , roles, and governance model
- Integrate
- ITIL and ITSM frameworks
- with Agile and product-centric delivery models
- Establish service management processes, controls, and KPIs
- Align the operating model with regulatory, security, and cloud compliance requirements
- Collaborate with business, technology, and executive stakeholders
- Required Experience
- Extensive experience in
- ITSM and ITIL transformation
- Proven ability to design enterprise-scale
- IT operating models and organizational structures
- Strong understanding of
- Agile practices and agile operating models
- in leading banks
- Experience within
- banking, payments, or financial services
- Knowledge of
- overall payments architecture
- Familiarity with
- cloud regulations, cybersecurity, and governance
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Based in
Saudi Arabia (KSA)
- or significant experience working in the Kingdom
- Understanding of
- local Saudi regulations
- , including SAMA requirements
- Experience supporting payment modernization or large-scale transformation initiatives
- ITIL certification and relevant industry credentials
