Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Investment Manager to lead investment strategies, oversee portfolio performance, and drive growth across multiple sectors. This leadership role requires a professional with strong expertise in financial analysis, risk management, and strategic decision-making. The Senior Investment Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s investment vision and ensuring sustainable profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct market research, financial modeling, and due diligence on potential opportunities.
• Manage and monitor investment portfolios, ensuring optimal performance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new markets and growth opportunities.
• Oversee risk management frameworks and ensure compliance with Qatar’s financial regulations.
• Prepare detailed investment reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in investment management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing diverse investment portfolios successfully.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of Qatar’s financial markets and global investment trends.
• CFA, CPA, or equivalent certification preferred.
