Overview

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead complex investment banking transactions and manage high-value client relationships. The Senior Investment Banking Deal Manager will oversee deal origination, structuring, and execution, ensuring seamless delivery of strategic financial solutions across diverse industries and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal origination: Source and evaluate investment opportunities, leveraging market intelligence and client networks.
• Transaction management: Lead end-to-end execution of M&A, capital raising, and restructuring deals.
• Financial modeling: Develop and review complex valuation models, scenario analyses, and deal structures.
• Client advisory: Provide strategic guidance to senior executives, boards, and investors on financial and operational decisions.
• Negotiation: Drive negotiations with counterparties to secure favorable deal terms.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure regulatory and risk management standards are met.
• Team leadership: Mentor junior bankers and analysts, fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A advisory.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex transactions.
• Strong expertise in valuation, financial modeling, and deal structuring.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
• Advanced degree in finance, economics, or MBA preferred.
• CFA or equivalent professional certification is a plus.

Pay: QAR275.00 - QAR430.00 per hour
