Senior Investment Manager

Role overview:
We’re hiring a Senior Investment Manager to source, evaluate, execute, and manage private investment opportunities across the region. You’ll lead deal teams, drive due diligence, shape investment theses, and work closely with portfolio companies to accelerate growth and maximize returns.

What you’ll do:

• Lead origination and sourcing of investment opportunities across private equity, growth equity, and strategic direct investments.
• Own financial modelling, valuation, and investment memos to support recommendations to the investment committee.
• Negotiate deal terms, structure transactions, and manage execution with external counsel.
• Monitor portfolio performance, set value-creation plans, and support portfolio company boards and management teams.
• Mentor and manage junior analysts and associates; help build a high-performing investment team.
• Represent the firm at investor meetings, industry events, and with strategic partners.

What we’re looking for:

• 4-6+ years of investment experience (private equity, growth equity, direct investing, or corporate M&A).
• Strong track record of sourcing and executing deals and driving value creation in portfolio companies.
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills; comfortable with complex transaction structures.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• CFA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive base and performance bonus.
• Salary: ~55,000 QAR per month (total compensation will reflect experience and performance).
