We're looking for a
Senior Interior Design Lead
who doesn't just create — but who elevates a team, drives accountability, and turns client vision into exceptional, delivered reality.
At Green Group, we operate across contracting, interior design, and landscaping — which means our design leaders work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment where precision and creativity must coexist.

What You'Ll Do
Lead and mentor the interior design team on day-to-day deliverables and creative direction.
Review and approve design outputs ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
Act as the primary point of coordination between design, contracting, and clients.
Manage multiple concurrent projects from concept through final delivery.
Uphold and reinforce the team's design standards, workflows, and timelines.
What you bring:
5–10 years of experience in interior design with a strong portfolio across residential and commercial projects
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Proven experience leading or mentoring a design team
Strong command of design tools: AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, and visualization software
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Saudi market experience is a strong plus
