At Green Group, we believe successful projects start with strong relationships and a deep understanding of client needs.
We are looking for a Sales Engineer who combines technical expertise with commercial acumen, capable of identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and turning prospects into successful projects.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or client management.
- Strong understanding of construction, landscaping, interior design, and project execution processes.
- Ability to review project requirements, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in generating leads and closing deals.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Valid driving license and willingness to attend client meetings and site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Promote the company's services and solutions to potential clients.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
- Follow up on inquiries, tenders, and project opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
