We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist with experience in the construction, contracting, engineering, or project execution sectors.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Proven experience in construction, contracting, landscaping, interior design, or engineering projects.
- Strong ability to identify opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of project execution processes and technical requirements.
- Ability to prepare proposals, follow up on tenders, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the client network.
- Promote the company's services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract award.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
