Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design teams across highways, utilities, drainage and civil structures; support project delivery from CMP and DMP through Detailed Design.
• Manage programmes, resources, risks, actions and deliverables; monitor budget, schedule, quality and project performance.
• Review design integration and compliance; interface with clients, authorities, stakeholders and subconsultants.
• Prepare scopes, fee proposals, programmes, resource plans, technical reports, design briefs, methodologies and project documentation.
• Coordinate design reviews, workshops and meetings; track actions through close-out.
• Support business development, proposals, client relationships, continuous improvement and digital ways of working.
• Demonstrate safe, ethical and inclusive behaviours.

Essential qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Proven engineering consultancy or infrastructure project delivery experience; experience delivering multidisciplinary infrastructure or land development projects.
• Professional engineering qualification such as CEng, PE, SCE or equivalent.
• Experience across CMP, DMP, Concept Design and Detailed Design.
• Broad understanding of highways, utilities, drainage, earthworks and civil structures.
• Experience coordinating design teams and managing delivery activities; strong communication, stakeholder management and commercial awareness.

Desirable qualifications and experience

• Project Management qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent.
• Experience on major land development, mixed-use, transport or infrastructure projects; Saudi authority approvals and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Arabic language capability, spoken and written; experience in a BIM and digital delivery environment.
