Site Project Manager

Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The Site Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, supervision, and successful delivery of water treatment and infrastructure projects.

The role involves managing site operations, coordinating resources, ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards, and maintaining effective communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

The Site Manager is accountable for project performance, workforce management, and achieving project objectives within schedule and budget.

·Manage and supervise all site activities related to the installation, fabrication, welding, testing, and commissioning of water treatment systems and associated infrastructure.

·Plan, organize, and control project execution to ensure timely completion and compliance with project specifications.

·Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones and maintain productivity.

·Review project drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical documents to ensure compliance with client requirements and applicable regulations.

·Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and manpower.

·Monitor project schedules, progress, and resource utilization, and take corrective actions when required.

·Conduct regular site meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

·Ensure strict compliance with Quality Management System (QMS), Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), and ISO requirements.

·Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to minimize delays and cost overruns.

·Manage inspections, testing activities, authority approvals, and project handover documentation.

·Review and approve daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports submitted by site engineers and supervisors.

·Support project cost control, budgeting, variation management, and claims documentation.

·Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and contractual obligations.

·Resolve technical and operational challenges to maintain project continuity and customer satisfaction.

·Conduct site surveys and provide recommendations for design improvements, value engineering, and operational efficiency.

·Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding processes (TIG, ARC), piping systems, and mechanical installations.

·Familiarity with SS316L, Duplex 2205, HDPE, PVC, and other industrial piping materials.

·Sound understanding of ASME, ASTM, ISO, and UAE regulatory standards.

·Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera (preferred), and engineering documentation.

·Strong leadership, team management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

·Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

·UAE driving license preferred.

·Successful completion of projects within approved schedule and budget.

·Compliance with technical specifications, quality requirements, and safety standards.

·Effective manpower and subcontractor management.

·Client satisfaction and timely resolution of project issues.

·Accuracy and quality of project documentation and reporting.

·Achievement of project milestones and handover targets.

·Zero major HSE violations and adherence to company policies
