Role overview

Implementation and delivery

• Work with project managers and clients to understand scope, objectives, and timelines; develop plans with timelines, resource needs, and risk assessments.
• Prepare and configure software and hardware environments; install and customize software to meet client specifications and business processes.
• Integrate software with existing systems and databases to ensure data flow and interoperability.
• Test solutions against functional, performance, and security requirements; troubleshoot issues and coordinate with QA teams.
• Train clients and end users; create user guides, documentation, and training materials.
• Provide implementation and post-implementation support; troubleshoot, investigate root causes, and implement preventive measures.
• Coordinate with developers, QA, project managers, clients, and technical teams; communicate implementation progress and concerns.
• Maintain implementation documentation, configurations, change records, and project reports; contribute to best practices and standard procedures.
• Gather client and internal feedback, stay current with relevant tools and technologies, and align decisions and strategies with company leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in software implementation, project management, or technical support in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong software development and integration understanding, including programming languages, APIs, and databases.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client and cross-functional teamwork.
• Excellent oral and written command of English and Arabic.
• SCE license/certification.
• Willingness to work weekends when required and travel to support implementations and client activities.
