About This Role

Core Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sales Conversion: Actively manage and convert high-potential inbound/outbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email into signed contracts.
• Client Consultation & Assessment: Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess client profiles (qualifications, experience) for eligibility for European work permits, particularly for countries like Poland, Germany, Malta, etc.
• Pitching Visa Opportunities: Present and explain various European immigration programs, work permit opportunities, and associated legal costs to prospective clients.
• Documentation Assistance: Guide clients through the collection, preparation, and verification of documents required for visa applications, including employment contracts, CVs, and police clearances.
• Application Process Management: Assist in submitting visa applications through VFS or direct embassy channels, ensuring all documents meet the latest regulations.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (KPIs).
• CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and case status in a CRM system.
• Ongoing Support & Communication: Provide consistent updates to clients on their application status, act as a primary point of contact, and address concerns throughout the process. Fast Global Migration +9

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the immigration, visa services, or recruitment industry.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English; proficiency in additional languages is highly preferred.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Schengen visa regulations, European work permit processes, and immigration laws.
• Closing Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close contracts under pressure. Indeed +5

Compensation & Working Environment

• Structure: Positions usually involve a basic salary (ranging from AED 2,500 – 4,000+) plus commissions and performance bonuses.
• Setting: Often on-site in Dubai, though some roles offer remote flexibility.
• Intensity: A target-driven, fast-paced environment where high-volume outbound calling is common.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
