About This Role
Overview
- We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Immigration Consultant specializing in Canada PR programs to join our growing team
- Conduct detailed consultations for Canada PR and immigration programs.
- Assess client eligibility for Express Entry, PNP, work permits, and other Canadian immigration pathways.
- Guide clients through documentation and application processes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application status in CRM.
- Provide transparent and professional advice on immigration procedures and timelines.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful clients.
- Stay updated with latest Canadian immigration rules, policies, and IRCC updates.
- Coordinate with case processing teams for smooth file handling.
- Achieve monthly targets and ensure excellent customer service standards.
- Handle complex immigration cases and provide strategic solutions where required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Canada immigration consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Canada PR programs and immigration procedures.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and sales skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and applications simultaneously.
- Proven track record in lead conversion and client handling.
- Experience with CRM systems and documentation management.
- RCIC certification will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
