Front Desk & Reception Duties
- **Greeting Visitors:** Courteously welcoming clients and guests, guiding them to the appropriate person, and maintaining a professional atmosphere.
- **Telephone Management:** Answering, screening, and forwarding high-volume incoming calls promptly.
- **Visitor Management:** Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, and operating visitor logbooks for security.
- **Correspondence:** Handling incoming and outgoing emails.
Telecalling & Sales Support
- **Inbound/Outbound Calls:** Making sales calls to prospective customers and handling inbound inquiries regarding products or services.
- **Lead Generation & Follow-up:** Following up on leads from social media, emails, or walk-ins to convert them into clients.
- **Information Provision:** Explaining company services, pricing packages, or course details (especially in education or real estate sectors).
- **Booking Appointments:** Scheduling meetings, training sessions, or consultations for managers or sales staff.
Administrative Support
- **Data Entry:** Updating databases, tracking client information, and maintaining records.
Key Requirements
- **Experience:** Usually 1 year of experience in a similar role within the UAE is preferred.
- **Skills:** Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), excellent verbal/written communication, and expertise in telephone etiquette.
- **Visa/Language:** Often requires candidates to be on their own/spouse visa, with proficiency in English. Female Preferred.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
