About This Role

Front Desk & Reception Duties

  • Greeting Visitors: Courteously welcoming clients and guests, guiding them to the appropriate person, and maintaining a professional atmosphere.
  • Telephone Management: Answering, screening, and forwarding high-volume incoming calls promptly.
  • Visitor Management: Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, and operating visitor logbooks for security.
  • Correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing emails.

Telecalling & Sales Support

  • Inbound/Outbound Calls: Making sales calls to prospective customers and handling inbound inquiries regarding products or services.
  • Lead Generation & Follow-up: Following up on leads from social media, emails, or walk-ins to convert them into clients.
  • Information Provision: Explaining company services, pricing packages, or course details (especially in education or real estate sectors).
  • Booking Appointments: Scheduling meetings, training sessions, or consultations for managers or sales staff.

Administrative Support

  • Data Entry: Updating databases, tracking client information, and maintaining records.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Usually 1 year of experience in a similar role within the UAE is preferred, though freshers are sometimes accepted.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), excellent verbal/written communication, and expertise in telephone etiquette.
  • Visa/Language: Often requires candidates to be on their own/spouse visa, with proficiency in English.
  • Industry Specifics: In clinics/salons, they may handle appointment booking (WhatsApp) and customer follow-ups. In real estate, they may handle Ejari or property listings.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
