Job Summary

  • We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Officer to support and manage day to day HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
  • The ideal candidate will have solid experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and UAE Labour Law.
  • The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with managers and employees to ensure efficient HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities.
  • Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth joining experience.
  • Maintain recruitment records and recruitment reports.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR letters, certificates, and employment related documentation.
  • Monitor employee probation periods and contract renewals.
  • Ensure all employee files are complete and up to date.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR related inquiries.
  • Support managers in handling employee relations matters.
  • Assist in resolving employee concerns while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Promote a positive and engaging work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
  • Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Experience using HRIS or ERP systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong problem solving and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certification (CHRP, CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HR metrics and reporting.
