- Manage and control all construction materials, tools, equipment, and consumables within the project store
- Ensure accurate receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, and documentation of materials
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper record keeping, regular stock verification, and timely reporting
- Work with Procurement, Project, and Site teams to ensure uninterrupted availability of materials
- Minimize loss, damage, and wastage of materials
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well organized storage facility
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or materials management in construction or similar industry
- Knowledge of proper storage and handling of construction materials
- Ability to maintain accurate records and perform stock verification
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations

Role Overview
- The Storekeeper is responsible for the efficient management and control of all construction materials, tools, equipment, and consumables within the project store. This role ensures the accurate receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, and documentation of materials in accordance with company policies
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper record keeping, regular stock verification, and timely reporting of stock levels, shortages, or discrepancies.
- Work closely with the Procurement, Project, and Site teams to ensure the uninterrupted availability of materials while minimizing loss, damage, and wastage.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well organized storage facility and ensure full compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.
