- Develop and implement strategic partnership and resource mobilization plans
- Identify and establish partnerships with government entities, corporations, and other institutional stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and supporters
- Prepare partnership proposals, sponsorship packages, presentations, and business cases
- Lead negotiations and coordinate partnership agreements and collaboration initiatives
- Promote and develop Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) opportunities with potential partners
- Maintain and update a database of prospective and existing partners
- Represent the organization at meetings, networking events, and industry forums
- Monitor partnership performance and assess the impact of collaborations on organizational objectives
- Prepare regular reports on partnerships, sponsorships, and resource mobilization activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, fundraising, sponsorship management, or institutional relations
- Excellent relationship building, networking, and negotiation skills
- Strong business development and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience in preparing professional proposals and partnership presentations
- Ability to identify and secure sponsorship and funding opportunities
- Strong analytical, reporting, and performance monitoring skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English

Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented Partnerships & Resource Mobilization Specialist to lead partnership development efforts, identify new funding opportunities, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across the public and private sectors.
- The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding strategic partnerships, securing sponsorships, and supporting long term organizational sustainability through effective resource mobilization initiatives.
