Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or related field
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to travel periodically including day and overnight trips
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and ability to work within a variety of different systems
- Ability to work in-office 4-5 days per week; the location of this position is Charlotte, NC
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years related experience
- Proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication including proofreading, strong client service ability and excellent telephone skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail oriented
- Ability to handle confidential information
