We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (m/f/d) who can take ownership of organizational effectiveness and people strategy.

You are not just managing HR processes; you are shaping workforce experience and enabling leadership performance across the business.

You will act as a key advisor to senior management, bridging the gap between business goals and people strategy in a fast-moving corporate environment.

You are the advocate for culture, performance, and talent development in a room full of executives and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy Ownership: Develop and maintain HR frameworks aligned with business objectives, ensuring consistency across departments and functions.

End to End HR Leadership: Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition alignment, performance management cycles, and organizational development initiatives.

Team Development: Mentor HR staff and guide best practices in employee relations, engagement, and leadership coaching.

Workforce Analytics: Use data insights to evaluate employee performance trends, retention metrics, and organizational effectiveness.

Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior leadership to provide advisory support on HR decisions, policy implementation, and change management initiatives.

Experience

6+ years in Human Resources, with at least 1–2 years in a senior advisory or leadership capacity.

Background: Strong experience in HR business partnering, organizational development, or corporate HR strategy.

Tooling: Familiarity with modern HR systems and performance management tools.

Language Skills: English (B2/C1) required for business communication.

Additional languages are a plus in a multinational environment.

Mindset: You are analytical, people focused, and able to balance operational needs with strategic thinking in a structured corporate setting.

Pay: QAR14,000.00 - QAR21,000.00 per month
