About This Role
1. Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Advise senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent priorities.
- Lead HR projects such as restructuring, culture transformation, and change management.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee recruitment strategies for senior and critical roles.
- Build talent pipelines and succession plans for key positions.
- Analyze workforce trends and forecast future staffing needs.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a senior point of escalation for complex employee relations issues.
- Lead initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
- Provide coaching to managers on leadership, communication, and conflict resolution.
4. Performance Management & Development
- Oversee the performance appraisal cycle and ensure alignment with KPIs.
- Implement leadership development, training programs, and career progression frameworks.
- Support managers in developing performance improvement plans.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and systems are up to date and compliant with UAE Labor Law.
- Oversee payroll accuracy, HRIS integrity, and HR reporting.
- Manage audits, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
6. Compensation & Benefits
- Review and enhance compensation structures to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Lead annual salary reviews, benchmarking, and benefits optimization.
- Provide guidance on incentive programs and rewards strategies.
7. Organizational Development
- Drive initiatives related to culture, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead change management efforts during mergers, expansions, or restructuring.
- Conduct HR analytics to support data‑driven decision‑making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7–12 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Experience with HR strategy, organizational development, and senior‑level stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
