1. Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Advise senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent priorities.
  • Lead HR projects such as restructuring, culture transformation, and change management.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Oversee recruitment strategies for senior and critical roles.
  • Build talent pipelines and succession plans for key positions.
  • Analyze workforce trends and forecast future staffing needs.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a senior point of escalation for complex employee relations issues.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
  • Provide coaching to managers on leadership, communication, and conflict resolution.

4. Performance Management & Development

  • Oversee the performance appraisal cycle and ensure alignment with KPIs.
  • Implement leadership development, training programs, and career progression frameworks.
  • Support managers in developing performance improvement plans.

5. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and systems are up to date and compliant with UAE Labor Law.
  • Oversee payroll accuracy, HRIS integrity, and HR reporting.
  • Manage audits, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.

6. Compensation & Benefits

  • Review and enhance compensation structures to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Lead annual salary reviews, benchmarking, and benefits optimization.
  • Provide guidance on incentive programs and rewards strategies.

7. Organizational Development

  • Drive initiatives related to culture, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead change management efforts during mergers, expansions, or restructuring.
  • Conduct HR analytics to support data‑driven decision‑making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7–12 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HR strategy, organizational development, and senior‑level stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
