Job Summary
We are urgently seeking a dedicated and responsible **Cleaner cum Housekeeping Staff** to join our Medical Center.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff by ensuring that all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping duties throughout the medical center.
- Clean and sanitize patient rooms, treatment areas, consultation rooms, offices, reception areas, hallways, and waiting areas.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and replenish necessary supplies.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated areas.
- Empty trash bins regularly and dispose of waste in accordance with clinic policies and infection control procedures.
- Ensure floors and surfaces remain clean and free from hazards at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or shortages of cleaning supplies to the supervisor.
- Follow all health, safety, and infection prevention protocols established by the medical center.
- Assist with general housekeeping tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in a healthcare setting, is an advantage.
- Knowledge of hygiene and infection control practices.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism.
